Three of our very own Red Clipper Chilli Sauce products were recently entered in the 2017 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show, and we won Bronze for all three entries!

Habanero, Mango, Rockmelon & Lime - Bronze Our Red Clipper Chilli Sauces are produced locally in Sydney, in small batches and using only the finest ingredients. Red Clipper has developed a cult following amongst chilli-lovers, and we're extremely proud of this local recognition.
Jalapeno, Green Tomato & Coriander: Blending the herbaceous capsicum flavour of jalapeno chilli with the tartness of green tomatos, and the zing of fresh lime and coriander this sauce is Red clippers very own homage to Mexico. This ia a mild to medium sauce with a vibrant tangy citrus burst. It can be used with any and all mexican flavours but is also brilliant splashed on chicken dishes, burgers and your morning eggs.
Habanero, Mango, Rockmelon & Lime - In what might be their favorite sauce Red clipper have paired the sweetness of Mango and Rockmelon with the famous fruity heat of the habanero to capture the essence of a tropical summer. This is a sweet, tropical hot sauce that has quite a bite to it. It goes beautifully with seafood, pork, vegetable dishes and mild creamy cheese. It has also made an appearance in a few cocktails!
Red Clipper Habanero Green Papaya Mango & Pimento - This is a version of a thick Caribbean style hot sauce bursts with aromatic spices. The heat of the Habeneros and a subtle sweetness that evokes the flavours of Jamaica. This delicious Jamacain style sauce has a spicy heat it's a perfect blend of chilli and spice. Use as a marinade with barbequed, grilled, jerked and roasted meats. Great in curries, North African dishes, or simply use as a great condiment.
Red Habanero, Cayenne & Tomato - This rich and full bodied sauce balances the fieriness of bird's eye chillies, spiciness of cayenne's and fruitiness of Habenero's to create Red clippers classic medium-hot chilli and tomato combination. This tomato based beauty has a moderate heat. It is a classic chilli sauce that is at home with anything from steakes, tacos and burger to chips, pasta sauce and marinades. It can also be used to whip up a mean bloody mary.
