Paw paw fruit (Papaya Carica) is a rich source of nutrients such as provitamin A carotenoids, vitamin C, B vitamins
Papaya also has wonderful healing properties to treat cuts, rashes, stings and burns
Vitamin A helps the skin function as a barrier to bacteria and viruses
Vitamin C is an antioxidant that slows the rate of free-radical damage -- free radicals are unstable molecules that damage collagen and cause skin dryness, fine lines and wrinkles

Honey not only smells sweet and tastes great it also has antibacterial properties that fight infection
