Also known as Farro the Spelt grain is dehulled then pearled, this makes it more digestible and easier to cook. Although, they don’t require soaking prior to cooking, it is always recommended to soak all grains, legumes, nuts and seeds before cooking or consuming. Just boil for 18 mins to make a delicious accompaniment to any meal.
