Preparation: Cooks in 2 minutes. How To Use For Soups: Place the required noodle Portions in boiling water or soup for 2 minutes. How To Use For Stirfries or Salads: Place the required noodle Portions in a large bowl cover with cold water. Stand for 10 minutes. Use a fork to loosen noodles completely. Drain, rinse with cold water. Noodles are ready to use, add or serve with salads, stir- fries or soups. How To Make Crispy Fried Noodles: Fill a medium sized pan two thirds full with Vegetable oil. Cook one noodle portion at a time in hot oil. The noodles are ready when puffed, crispy and white. Use stir through stir- fries or salads or as the base of a stir- fry dish.
