Fresh Ricotta, spinach and free range eggs mixed together to create a creamy pie filling topped with fresh lemon and crumbled feta, in cased in homemade buttery pastry. Ugly but delicious.
Traditional Ingredients: Shortcrust Pastry (plain white Flour, Butter, Salt, Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt) Cheese Pie Filling (Ricotta Cheese, Spinach, Free Range Egg, Lemon, Feta, Mint, Salt, Pepper).
Keto Ingredients: Shortcrust Keto Pastry (Almond meal, Coconut flour, Apple Cider Vinegar, egg, backing powder, Xanthan Gum, Salt, water) Cheese Pie Filling (Ricotta Cheese, Spinach, Free Range Egg, Lemon, Feta, Mint, Salt, Pepper).
Can be served hot or cold.
