Chunks of grass fed beef slow cooked until fall apart tender along with red wine, beef stock, fresh herbs, tomato and seasonal vegetables (no potato) until a thick, fragrant stew is the end result.
Ingredients: Beef Bourguinon (Grass Fed Beef, Beef stock, Red wine, Carrots, Mushrooms, Tomato Paste, Garlic, Thyme, Salt, Pepper), Cauliflower Mash (Cauliflower, Cream, Butter, Salt, Pepper).
Served with a creamy olive oil cauliflower mash. This one is sure to become a family favourite.
