Kehoe's Kitchen, an Australian-owned and operated company, produces their products in their own facility in Australia.

Instead of using milk, they ferment cashews using a traditional process, resulting in a range of probiotic Cashew 'Cheese' dips/spreads that have a taste similar to real dairy cheese without any added flavours, colours, thickeners, preservatives, or gums.

Due to the fermentation process, these dips have a natural acidity and can be stored in the fridge for months, even after opening.

The Basil Cashew Cheese flavour contains real ingredients like organic basil, garlic, onion, turmeric, and sea salt, giving it a delicious "basil/pesto" cheese taste. This dip is also intentionally fizzy, tangy, and aerated, as it is partly fermented in the jar.

To ensure freshness, refrigerate before opening and open slowly over a bowl as indicated on the lid sticker.
