This creamy, crunchy, and tangy vegan dip/sauce/spread/dressing is made with fermented Australian gherkins grown by Kehoe's Kitchen.
Using cashews as a base, the delightful chunks of dilly gherkins are folded in, creating a flavourful and nutritious wholefood dip.
Thanks to the natural fermentation process, this dip/spread keeps for weeks even after opening without any added preservatives.
Unlike other cashew cheese dips, this one is fermented right in the jar, giving it a consistency similar to set yoghurt. Because it has less fizz than the cashew cheese, there is less likelihood of a "pop" when opening.
As with all of Kehoe's products, this gherkin dip is raw, fermented, and probiotic.
