This hot honey is made with raw honey from the Glenroy area in the Northern suburbs and brown mustard seeds. The heat is slightly tempered by the honey. Hot honey is a must for sticky chicken wings, sausages or lamb chops straight off the barbie.

Add a bit of zing to your roasted vegetables, or mix with mayonnaise and start dipping those pretzels!

This mustard is not made with emulsifiers and may separate over time. This is a good thing and totally normal. Give a quick stir to bring back together.

Ingredients: Brown mustard seeds (48%), balsamic vinegar, filtered water, raw honey (15%), extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.
