Made with whole and cracked seeds, our wholegrain mustard has a touch of sweetness coming from brown sugar and is the perfect foil to steaks and roasted vegetables.
Whisk some wholegrain into your favourite vinegar and extra virgin olive oil to create the perfect French dressing, or make a simple aioli dip of mayonnaise, crushed garlic and wholegrain mustard.
This mustard is not made with emulsifiers and may separate over time. This is a good thing and totally normal. Give a quick stir to bring back together.
Ingredients: Yellow and brown mustard seeds (40%), white wine vinegar, filtered water, sugar, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.
