Since 1895, the Mock family planted their first orchard just outside Melbourne. Four generations later, they continue to grow apples in the picturesque hinterland of Red Hill, Victoria. The Mock family became pioneers within the biodynamic movement in Australia when their orchard was first certified in 1974. Today the family continues to nurture and nourish the small certified orchard, creating a unique range of biodynamic fruit products.

Mock's Apple Cider Vinegar is made using whole certified biodynamic apples, which are slowly fermented and matured in wooden (oak) barrels.

The apple cider vinegar is not filtered, heated or pasteurized and is made with live culture (mother) which is often seen as a sediment or membrane with the vinegar

USES; a natural preservative, cleaner, disinfectant, energy drinks, flavoring, apart from many therapeutic applications used for man and animal.
