Ceres Organics Coconut Cream is made from the white flesh of fresh ripe coconuts. The white flesh is pressed without the use of chemicals. Its deliciously creamy taste and texture makes it a delightful and versatile ingredient in many dishes.
Ideal for use in Indian and Oriental dishes like curries, soups, sauces, desserts, salads or beverages. Great for baking cakes, biscuits and for making ice cream. Makes refreshing shakes and smoothies.

They're certified organic, which in a coco-nutshell means they never get a chance to mingle with chemicals or toxins, and are grown in a way that positively shapes this marvellous planet, while looking after the farmers putting in all the hard work. Their fresh white flesh is pressed into this deliciously creamy coconut cream, with just some water added- we like to keep food real.
Stir me well: as I’m organic I don’t have any artificial stuff to keep me as a cohesive liquid, natural separation may occur (as it should!). Cool temperatures may also make me look weird but this won’t affect taste or quality – just warm me up.
Once opened, refrigerate in airtight container and consume within 2 days.
