Spiral Foods Japanese Sushi Vinegar is a vital component in processing of Sushi rice. It gives the rice additional and exceptional flavour and seasoning.

Cook one cup of sushi rice, and then using a wooden spoon or paddle, break the rice while it is still hot. Gradually cool the rice using a fan and at the same time sprinkle about 30ml of Japanese Sushi Vinegar on it. The rice can be used and served when cooled. This will give you the shiny look of individual grained rice.
