Vegetable Korma with Steamed Rice
A delicious array of spices, nuts, and seasonal veggies slow cooked in coconut milk until it becomes a fragrant yummy stew. Though full of spice, this korma is mild enough for the whole family to enjoy. Served with your choice of steamed rice or cauliflower rice.
Ingredients: Sweet Potato, Potato, Carrots, Zucchini, Cauliflower, Onions, Coconut Cream, Cashews, Greek Yoghurt, Ginger, Coriander, Cumin, Garam Marsala, Cinnamon, Olive Oil, Brown Sugar. Rice: White Rice, Water.
Suitable to freeze.
