My Home Pantry delivers across Australia via either Australia Post, Fastway Couriers or Sendle. We may also use other independent couriers for regional areas. We will use the most efficient method for your order. If you are wanting a particular shipping method please state this in the comments. If you have a preference or have local knowledge about the best courier service in your area please let us know.

Shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.

Please note that some suburbs may incur different freight charges within the same postcode. If the estimated freight charge is different to the actual for your location we will be in contact to inform you. If you subsequently wish to cancel your order we will give you a full refund within 24hrs. Please note this may take a few days to appear in your bank account especially if it’s a weekend or public holiday.

Insurance for Orders

Fastway Couriers provide insurance on all parcels.

Australia Post and other couriers charge an extra fee for insurance. Please contact us if you have chosen the Australia Post shipping option but wish to insurer your order. We will inform you of any additional charges or to consider another courier suitable for your needs.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been processed and sent we will email your order’s tracking number. You are then able to log on to the relevant courier service to track your order.

International Orders
