Carwari Cooking Sake, also known as 'Japanese Cooking Rice Wine or Ryori-Shu', has a rich scent and a mild flavour. 

It is slowly brewed using the traditional fermentation methods with more than 150-years experience, which focuses on utilising the full quality of Japanese organic rice.

No additives or preservatives.
