1. Apply the oil – Pour approximately 1–2 tablespoons (15–30 mL) of castor oil onto the inner cotton pad until it's evenly damp (not dripping).
2. Position the pack – Place the oil-soaked side against the desired area of your body.
3. Secure comfortably – Fasten the adjustable TPU straps so the pack fits snugly without feeling tight.
4. Relax – Wear for 30–60 minutes, or longer if preferred, while relaxing or going about light daily activities.
5. After use – Wipe away any excess oil if needed and store your pack ready for next time. Wash according to the care instructions when required.
6. Tip: A little goes a long way. Avoid oversaturating the pad, as excess oil may leak during use.
