Zhoug is a Yemenite sauce made from coriander, chilli peppers, garlic, and a blend of spices. This product won a gold medal at the Australian Food Awards 2024.
Storage after opening - press veggies under brine with a clean utensil. Always keep cool (0-4°C). Can be kept for 3 months if treated right, otherwise consume within 3 weeks of opening.
