Zanker's Farm Black Garlic Paste 60g

This black garlic paste has been made using the Maillard process from the biodynamic garlic grown on Zanker's Farm. The Maillard process changes the amino acids and natural plant sugars, creating a food with very high levels of antioxidants.

There are many other health benefits linked with black garlic, known to the Japanese culture for a long time.
