This is ice cream without emulsifiers. We’ve never added artificial flavours, colours, or ultra-processed thickeners. Instead, we choose high-quality local and seasonal ingredients that support organic and regenerative farming practices.

🥛 We use fresh milk from Schulz Organic Dairy and Bannister Downs, because we never skimp on quality.
