Gloriously Free Organic Rolled Oats Oats 500g

Gloriously Free Uncontaminated Oats are sourced from Gluten Free Oats LLC USA. They maintain their own certified planting seed, and personally contract farmers who have not grown any wheat, rye or barley on their land for the last 2 years. Each field is completely walked at least three times to make sure that no glutinous products are growing in the field. 

In addition to their own laboratory testing they also send samples to the University of Nebraska's Food Allergy Research and Resource Program to be tested for gluten to assure the oats are gluten-free. They are then tested in Australia to show they are totally uncontaminated from the gluten found in wheat, rye or barley.

Uncontaminated = no exposure to the protein (gluten) found in wheat, rye and barley.

These oats have been tested and are classified 'Gluten Free' in the USA, UK and Canada.
