Creamed honey takes you back to cosy childhood mornings, when the world was quiet, and the promise of the day stretched out before you.

A homage to those sun drenched moments of warmth and comfort, it is made from 100% pure Australian honey. Nothing added – just a special technique. To make our creamed honey we start with our Sunny Times raw honey and add some naturally crystallised honey - almost like a sough dough starter. This honey is then spun in a honey creamer, cooled and slowly stirred intermittently over three days. This process breaks down the larger crystals to create an airy, silky smooth texture with a more delicate flavour.

As there is no heat or chemical processing, all of the natural enzymes, pollen, and propolis found in raw honey are retained.

Velvety smooth and creamy with a firmer buttery consistency, making it mess-free and perfect for kids. A taste of nostalgia.
