Organically grown rye, it has a distinctive and robust sourdough rye taste. Some people say just like bread tasted before it was mass-produced! This bread is an excellent accompaniment with soup, toasted for breakfast, is lovely with your favourite topping or dried and used as an alternative for biscuits with dips. The live acidophilus and bifidus present in all our sourdough breads not only works as a natural preservative but also aids in digestion.

This makes it a delicious and tasty long life bread that is easily digestable and is “healthy”.
