Our cold pressed raw milk hasn’t been heat pasteurised, homogenised, separated or standardised like other milk products. Instead, we take the milk straight from the farm and apply cold high pressure to make it safe. This delivers an equivalent level of safety as heat pasteurisation, only without the heat, retaining more calcium, protein, vitamins and enzymes, which means more goodness for you!
Our Cold Pressed Raw Milk – Lactose Free is sourced from a Friesian farm on the NSW South Coast, where the cows roam free and graze on fresh, green grass year-round. An enzyme called lactase is added to the milk, which breaks down the naturally occurring lactose, removing it from the milk to make it easier for some people to digest*.

This is a natural, unhomogenised milk product that will develop a cream on top, so give the bottle a good shake before drinking. Keep chilled between 1 and 4 degrees and use within 5 days of opening.
