Barambah Organics sources its fresh milk from its own two dairy farms, located in the pristine border rivers region of QLD/NSW. The Barambah Farms are audited by ACO (Australian Certified Organic) to verify that no chemicals are being used in the farming system. Every input into the farms is organic, from organic grain and pastures. This ensures the milk is of the highest quality and taste.
We produce a versatile cottage cheese, that is high in protein and very low in fat. It is the perfect cheese for those watching their weight and or in training. It is more of an ingredient cheese as it readily absorbs flavours. Simply mix your favourite herbs or spices through, or fruits, and apply liberally to cereal or spread onto some high fibre bread. It is a highly satiating cheese.
