If you have ordered refrigerated goods we can deliver in a chiller box so it doesn't matter if no one is home immediately. The contents will remain cold for up to 12 hours. The contents of the order is the customer's responsibility once we have delivered. 

There is no need to order an chiller box if an esky with adequate ice blocks is provided at your doorstep.
