Our organic white spelt flour is in fact a whole spelt flour that starts as whole spelt grains being finely ground and then sifted. As a result the nutritional and fibre benefits of the germ and husk are retained and the flour is not bleached or chemically treated. Enjoy a light tan flour with a richer flavour, compared to regular white wheat flour, but with all the same properties prized for bread making or baking.
