Baked from Bio-dynamic wheat grown in Demeter Certified living soils in Victoria's Mallee region. It is made simply using intensely flavoured stone milled flour, salt and twice filtered water with careful long fermentation. It has a nourishing, earthy, cakey interior redolent of bran and germ and delicious sweet-malt crust.
