This hand crafted bone in leg ham is something to behold is what a traditional Christmas is all about! This family recipe has been perfected over time with a long slow steam cooking process used to ensure the ham is moist with texture and character. The exceptional colour and flavour can be attributed to our prided smoking process where only Australian hardwoods are used. This product is extremely popular as a Christmas centerpiece.

Made from only the finest Free Range Pork from Limestone Pork that produce exceptional Berkshire x Duroc pigs. Gamze Smokehouse don’t use any chemical ingredients with the curing process consisting of Honey, Water, Salt, Vegetable and Yeast Extract. Great sweet and smokey flavor that will look amazing either glazed or natural.

It’s that time of year! Our free-range Christmas hams are ready for pre-order. Gently smoked, beautifully flavoured, and made from premium Wangaratta free-range pork, these hams are perfect for your festive table.

🛒 How to Order

Please place your ham order on its own. You can order more than one ham, as well as turkey breast or salmon side, all in the same order — as long as you’d like them delivered at the same time.
If you order correctly and don’t add anything else to your order, you won’t be given a delivery option at checkout. We’ll add your delivery or pickup details to your final invoice.

💰 Deposit & Payment

Reserve your ham with a $50 deposit via bank deposit. The balance will be due before delivery.
If you pay by credit card, any bank fees will be added to your final invoice.

💵 Price: $35 per kg
Your final invoice will reflect the actual weight and delivery cost. You can check delivery costs [here].

Please note: we accept direct deposit only for fresh food items due to small margins that don’t cover bank fees. Thank you for understanding.

🚚 Delivery

Delivery will be the week before and the week of Christmas.
We’ll confirm exact dates with you closer to the time.
If you’d like your ham earlier, please let us know — we can arrange early delivery where possible.
