Sourced from the waters off Tasmania this Hot Smoked Salmon has great flovour, aroma and colour. Cured with our famous bine this is the only product of its kind on the market, made without any chemical ingredients and sweetened with honey. You can flake our salmon into a salad, pasta or even fancy up your breakfast as it goes awesome with eggs.

Our premium salmon side is fresh, sustainably sourced, and perfectly seasoned — ideal for your festive table or a special meal.

🛒 How to Order

Please place your salmon order on its own. You can order more than one salmon side, as well as Christmas ham or turkey breast, all in the same order — as long as you’d like them delivered at the same time.
If you order correctly and don’t add anything else to your order, you won’t be given a delivery option at checkout. We’ll add your delivery or pickup details to your final invoice.

💰 Deposit & Payment

Reserve your salmon side with a $50 deposit via bank deposit. The balance will be due before delivery.
If you pay by credit card, any bank fees will be added to your final invoice.

💵 Price: $65 per kg
Your final invoice will reflect the actual weight and delivery cost. You can check delivery costs [here].

Please note: we accept direct deposit only for fresh food items due to small margins that don’t cover bank fees.

🚚 Delivery

Delivery will be the week before and the week of Christmas.
We’ll confirm exact dates with you closer to the time.
If you’d like your salmon earlier, please let us know — we can arrange early delivery where possible.

  If your postcode is not within our local delivery network, we’re unable to supply this item.

• Payment method: All orders containing fresh produce must be paid for by bank deposit only.
