Organic Seasonal Fruit & Veg box
Our boxes are made up of seasonal certified organic fruit and vegetables.
Although it is a mystery as to what you will get due to availability, price and the size of your box, the following is what generally makes up a standard box: (read further below for more information on our other boxes and sizes)

- sweet potato
- pumpkin
- onions
- garlic (only available for half the year)
- carrots
- beans
- spinach
- zucchini
- broccoli
- capsicum
- mushrooms
- tomatoes
- apples
- bananas
- oranges
- seasonal fruits (grapes, nectarines, berries, peaches, mandarins, kiwi fruit, mango, watermelon/rockmelon, pears)

Low FODMAP box - does not contain any high FODMAP foods, read more here
No brassicas box - contains no brassica vegetables, read more here
No onion - does not contain onion
No Nightshades - does not contain nightshades, read more here
Vegetable Heavy - over 2/3s of the box will be vegetables
Fruit Heavy - over 2/3s of the box will be fruit
SIZE of boxes - the amount of people our boxes feed are just a guide only. It obviously depends on how much you eat and how many meals you cook at home.
Extra Large - approximately 5-6 people
Large - approximately 4-5 people
Medium - approximately 3-4 people
Small - approximately 2-3 people
Extra Small - approximately 1-2 people
Customise your box - we are happy to accommodate requests. If there is any produce you do or don't want included please leave a comment at the checkout and we will do our best. No point getting things you don't like or have plenty of growing in the garden!
ORDER DEADLINE - all fresh produce orders are due by MIDDAY Friday for delivery the following week.
