The Stock Merchant Sauces Old Fashioned Gravy 300g

The perfect accompaniment for roasts, this delicious old-fashioned gravy is made with free-range chicken stock. The stock is simmered with vegetables and herbs, then reduce and thicken the liquid. The result is a gravy with a remarkable depth of flavour. Simply heat and pour generously over roast chicken, turkey or other meats.

Ingredients - The Stock Merchant Free Range Chicken Stock (water, free range whole chicken bones, onions, carrots, celery, bay leaves), gluten free rice flour, gluten free corn starch, onion, sea salt, tomato paste, carrots, fennel seeds, white pepper, rosmarinic acid (natural antioxidant), burnt sugar, parsley, thyme, tarragon, bay leaves.
