Easy Rice cakes with tomato & goats cheese
A quick and easy snack to make on the weekends. Put your favourite toppings on rice cakes.
I've included Sauerkraut for extra taste & texture.
Spread the mashed avocado on the rice cakes
Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese on top
Add the tomatoes and beetroot sauerkraut on top
Add salt and pepper to taste
Note: The goats cheese marinade does contain canola oil. We recommend letting as much oil drop off the cheese as possible before consumption
